This website was started in 2021 by a local resident in order to try and ensure knowledge about Etton and the surrounding parish was recorded and made public.

There is history in a village like Etton and there are stories behind each building and place. So in order that this is not lost, this wiki was created.

It also allows those new to the village or perhaps unfamiliar with the area to learn more.

The wiki is privately managed at the moment, but needs input from other people.

Eventually it will be opened up to anyone to edit, but for now, in the initial experimental stage I'm inviting Etton parish residents to take part. You can learn how to use the editing language to make your entries look good - or simply add text and someone (me?) will tidy it up as we go along.
