+====== Kiplingcotes Derby ======
+Established in 1519, this historic horse race is run on the third Thursday in March on roadside verges between Kiplingcotes and Londesborough Wold Farm - a distance of around four miles.
+The race is generally accepted to be the oldest annual horse race in England.
+No race took place in 2020 due to Covid lockdowns, although horses and riders did travel the route (within lockdown rules) to honour the essence of the event.
+The 500th anniversary race took place in 2019.
